Fees
I appreciate that for many people it takes a lot of courage to make contact and to book a session. The thought of discussing one's thoughts and feelings can cause great anxiety for some, for others relief. So I like the first session to be an assessment session which is an opportunity for us to meet, for you to assess whether what I can offer is right for you and for me to come to an understanding about what you are seeking and what you would eventually like to take away from the Counselling. The assessment session and all subsequent sessions last for fifty minutes.
The Initial session and following sessions are £40
Fees may be discounted by negotiation
